The Problem
Patients in the target market struggled to find and book available providers quickly. The existing process required phone calls with long hold times, and no online self-service existed.
Our Solution
Built a provider search engine with real-time availability, specialty filtering, and location-based search. Added a self-service booking flow with automated SMS/email confirmations, a provider dashboard for schedule management, and Stripe for consultation fee collection.
